  1. Publicly Available Information

StateOfIraq.com may create or supplement listings using information obtained from publicly available sources. Businesses may contact us to request corrections, claim a listing, provide updated information, or request removal, subject to verification of their authority.

Business listings are public and may be displayed in search engines and shared through other websites or services.

  1. User Content

By submitting text, photographs, logos, documents, reviews, or other content, you retain ownership of your content but grant StateOfIraq.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it for operating and promoting the platform.

You confirm that your content:

  • Is accurate and lawful.
  • Does not violate another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Payment for promotional placement will not constitute verification or endorsement of a business.
